Well Kentalia is loving Ballet! She is doing so good! She has her first performance in Sept. She had her measurements done for her costume! I cant wait I know shes going to look so CUTE!

Rain Rain go away! Im so ready for summer! Im ready to camp and chill at the lake with the kids. I know we need it but It doesnt mean I have to like it! I worked in Talan and Kentalia's Preschool classes today(it makes for a loooong day!) The funny thing is normally Talan is so whinney and clings to me. But today it was Kentalia! She was crying and acting like the biggest baby! I couldnt believe it. But what can u do? I was just really surprised! I cant wait until next year so I can put Kentalia and Talan on the same school schedule!

I just wanted to show everyone how big our baby is! On the 25th of this month he turns 4 months old. Hes so big now! I was just telling my friend Michelle I cant believe how smart he is and how incredible he is with the kids. He loves them so much. When he sleeps he has to be touching the kids somehow. I think hes a perfect addition to our family. We love him!

The air show was great! The kids loved all the air planes. It was at Beale AFB. Talan was so mad he didnt want to leave. It was so hot but we had lots of water and the sight of the huge choppers, carriers and fighter jets took the kids mind off the heat! And for mom, it was free, so Whoo hoo!

I have been such a slacker! So much to do, so little time! Well lets see, Zack is 11! Can u believe it? Kentalia starts Ballet tomarrow! She's so excited.(Talan wants to do WWE wrestling, he doesnt understand there aren't any classes for that!) Charles and I celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary! It was really nice, we had a great time! We are going to Redding this weekend I'm so excited the kids and i just cant wait!I just love this Rain, we need it so badly! I cant believe this weekend is daylight savings, this year is starting to fly by!

Merry Christmas!! This morning despite it being 30 degrees out and raining and not to mention being on my death bed this hole week with a horrible flu bug, I drug myself out of bed and took the kids to eat breakfast with santa, and then on to the mall to see santa again! It really was worth it to see how happy they were! The kids got to open their letters from Santa last night, Kentalia was so happy, Talan, he was a grump like always! I've forgotten how much i really love Christmas until I look into my toddlers eyes and see how much they love it! Today I am reminded that there are days I love being a mom(even when i'm sick):)

Talan Opened the Christmas Presents!!!!!

On Sunday I wrapped all the Christmas presents and put them under the tree. Talan kept asking all of Sunday and Monday and this morning to open the presents. Of course I told him he had to wait until Christmas. Well today Talan was unusually quite I walked into the bedroom to find about 6 gifts opened, I mean all the way opened! So now little sad Talan will be getting about 4 less presents on Christmas morning. He keeps telling me he's sorry, I dont believe it, he just wants more presents. I wanted to scream and pull my and his hair out, but instead I grabbed the camera and took these pics. What a day!

Roasting Marshmellos

Last night Daddy built a fire so Kentalia and Talan could roast marshmellows!(Talan has been waiting a good week for this) It was really nice!(the kids only almost burnt themselves 6 or 7 times :) But other than that we had a good time

We went and got our Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving. We decorated the tree, had hot chocolate with marshmellows(of course Talan spilt his on the floor) and the kids love the house decorated it feels so cozy!!

Parent-Teacher Conference

Well today I had Zack, Kentalia and Talan parent teacher conferences! Zacks was good. He got mostly 3's, a few 2's and a 1 in writing. The crazy thing is Zack can talk and talk and talk but cant put in on paper.We will start some reading and writing exercises with him. Kentalia's was great! Her teacher had amazing things to say about her. A couple were: Shes a terrific listener, she knows all her colors and shapes, She is recognizing letters and numbers, she is a good friend to all her classmates, and last but not least, she is a "Social Butterfly"(i wonder where she gets that from?) And Talan well.... We need to work with him on being a big boy(he's alittle babyish) But he is learning his shapes, and letters, he knows all his colors so thats good! I am very proud of them all. I just cant believe that in the fall, Zack will be in the 6th grade and Kentalia will be in Kindergarden! Crazy! They are just growing up too fast!

Zacks Leg

Well Zack got 13 staples in his leg. He said he was building a shelter and he slipped on a log. He sliced it pretty good. The school took him to Sierra Memorial Hospital where he said everyone was so great! He went home with his Dad(its his Dads week) Me and the kids will drive to Loma Rica and see him tomarrow!

Well Zack has ended up in the ER in Grass Valley! He slipped and cut his leg on a log and is requiring stitches! I can believe it because it one of my kids and one of my boys at that! Zack has only been at shady creek one day! They got there yesterday! Well Ted in on his way as we speak(he's closest only about 45 minutes away! And the crazy thing is Talan and I just mailed him his mail today! So did Mom!

So today I go to my sd card(i have a couple different ones) to download Kentalia's
4th birthday party pics and they have ALL been deleted! I accidently deleted all the pics on the card thinking I had already downloaded them! They were the pics from her pre-school class party, her birthday party at home and a walk we had taken to the park! I just want to scream!!! So now i can only ask my self this question: Is all this digital tech stuff better than the old 35mm film? Its times like this that I wish I had to just get the film developed instead of having to explain to my daughter that all her memories from her 4th birthday party are gone because mommy forgot to check the sd card!!! I am so maddd!

I really am loving the rain! The kids love to feel it on their faces! Talan likes to stick out his tongue and let the rain fall on it! I hope it clears up tomorrow, Zack is at Shady Creek and I just dont want him to be cold.(The worry-wort mom)
